Subject:           Allotment of Govt. House Type –II Sector 39-B, Chandigarh.

                        The allotment of following Govt. house(s) of Type- II in Sector 39-B, Chandigarh  of eligible applicants are hereby made on the terms and conditions mentioned below.  The house no. and Sector has been assigned to the applicants by draw of lots by the Sub committee constituted by FCPW on dated  27.3.2009 :-

TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

1.                  This allotment is valid up to 20.04..2009 & in case the house is not occupied by the aforesaid date, the allotment will stand automatically cancelled.

2.                  The lack of repair in the house allotted will not entitle to get extension beyond the period of 15 days prescribed for taking over physical possession.

3.                  This allotment is not valid if the officer/official has been allotted and is residing in a house allotted by U.T.Admn. at Chandigarh or is already residing in a Govt. house allotted in his name or in the name of spouse & the officer/official has any house in Chandigarh/Mohali/Panchkula in his/her name or in the name of his/her spouse or any of his dependent children.

4.                  This allotment is not valid if allottee has been transferred out side Panchkula/Chandigarh on or before the date of issue of the allotment letter.

5.                  This allotment is valid if the allottee has not vacated Govt. accommodation allotted to him at his previous place of posting.

6.         In case of refusal due to any reasons the allottee stands debarred for one year and in case of change of house the applicant stands debarred for-ever.

7.     This allotment is subject to the conditions laid down in the Guide-lines/Policy adopted by the House Allotment Committee from time to time and also subject to the provisions contained in Punjab CSR Vol.I Part-I.

8.         In case of transfer/retirement of the officer/official, this allotment stands cancelled automatic ally & if the house is not vacated within stipulated period, the penal rent will be charged as per instructions issued by Haryana Govt., Finance Deptt. from time to time and in case of over-stay beyond authorized period, the allottee would be processed under P&A Rules as well as action under Govt. Employees Conduct Rules

9.         The alottee of the house can not sublet the house in any case and if the house is found subletted at any time, the allotment will be cancelled immediately without prejudice to any action/disciplinary action to be taken against the allottee.

10        .Allottee is required to ensure that the information about the vacation of house is sent to the Executive Engineer, Bridge Constn.Divn., Haryana, PWD, B&R Branch, Sector 33, Chandigarh 10 days in advance failing which a normal license fee shall be charged from the allottee for the period falling short of 10 days.
